Backhill Tunnel – which links Milton Park to the adjacent A4130 in west Didcot and the houses and amenities at Great Western Park – was officially opened on the 17 November by Didcot and Wantage MP Ed Vaizey. The redeveloped tunnel now provides a lit pedestrian and cycle link, joining the northern side of the A-road directly with Milton Park.
